Kuwait jewellery show witnesses demand for gold/diamond jewellery

The week long Kuwait, International Gold and Jewellery exhibition which took off on May 1, 2007, witnessed decent exhibitors during the first two days.

According to reports, the number of local exhibitors was about 35 and more than 110 exhibitors were present from outside the nation -- notably Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, India, and Dubai and Hong Kong. In 2003 the show attracted only 21 exhibitors.

The show show indicates good demand for gold jewelry as well as diamond-studded watches and jewellrey.
