Lukfook Group honoured with two recognitions

Chinese jewellery giant - Lukfook Group was awarded with the Hong Kong Outstanding Corporate Citizenship Merit Award (Enterprise Category)’ in The 7th Hong Kong Corporate Citizenship Award Scheme by the Hong Kong Productivity Council, as per reports.

The awards are co-organized by the Committee of the Promotion of Civic Education. The purpose is to bring about public awareness towards corporate citizenship, make it a part of pperational strategies and management measures, and help spur an overall sustainability, as per reports.

The Lukfook Group has noted having passed the audit of the ‘Hong Kong – Guangdong Cleaner Production Partners Recognition Scheme’ co-organised by the Environment Bureau of Hong Kong, the Economic & Information Commission of Guangdong Province and leading trade and industry associations in Hong Kong, as per reports. Another recognition therefore to come along was in the form of its subsidiary Maxigood (Guangzhou) Jewellery Company Limited honoured with ‘Hong Kong – Guangdong Cleaner Production Partners (Manufacturing)’ again, for its work in environmental protection, as per reports.

The Group also announced its global market expansion with penetration into Malaysia with two Lukfook Jewellery retail shops opened. The Group now boasts a retail presence across nine countries and regions, as per reports.
