Following the recent publicized restructuring of the Kiran Gems Private India (“Kiran Gems”)Sightholder group, Kiran Exports BVBA is pleased to announce that it has qualified for De Beers Global Sightholder Sales (“GSS”) Accredited Buyer status in respect of supply from GSS (International) for the supply period 31 March 2015 to 30 March 2018.

Kiran Exports BVBA is of today’s date operating as an independent business entity post the restructuring of the Sightholder group Kiran Gems. Kiran Gems continues to be GSS (International)Sightholder. There has been no change in the top management of Kiran Exports BVBA and Mr Lakhani Vimal continues to be its Director. Post the restructuring, both entities will continue to function as separate independent businesses.

The entity Kiran Exports BVBA primarily deals in rough diamonds and is RJC certified. It also sells polished diamonds to jewellery manufacturers and retailers and diamond wholesalers in Europe. Individually, Kiran Exports BVBA has won awards for being the largest importer of polished diamonds in Europe from the Gems and Jewellery Export Promotion Council for5 consecutive years - 2007-08 to 2011-12.
