Damas opens a factory in Dubai

Damas has launched its very own production unit in Dubai’s Nad Al Hamar area, as per reports. This unit is a symbol of Damas’ endeavors towards the Made in UAE initiative, as per reports. The inauguration unfolded in the presence of H.E. Sami Al Qamzi, Director General of DED and Mr. Anan Fakhreddin, CEO of Damas.

The production facility is equipped with the latest technology, state-of-the-art equipment like 3D printing techniques and laser capabilities, apart from world-class expertise and traditional hand craftsmanship which will further carry forward the Damas commitment towards quality, innovation and craftsmanship and the spirit of Dubai, as per reports.

Damas aims to portray Dubai as the centre of jewellery production in the world. This unit is a leading facility in Dubai to manufacture gold jewellery with over 200 specialized craftsmen and experts. The unit is built with a capacity to manufacture jewellery out of 280 kg of gold in a month, as per reports.
