Jewellery designer Nirav Modi has stepped foot into New York launching the Nirav Modi boutique at Manhattan's Madison Avenue, reports say. The opening saw a host of celebrities from Hollywood and India’s film industry Bollywood including Naomi Watts and Nimrat Kaur, Coco Rocha, Lisa Haydon, besides others from New York.

On the occasion of the launch, a Maharani diamond necklace and earrings set worth $1.65 million was showcased on a window display, and conveyed the taste of the boutique’s offerings. The store imbibes a high-end appeal and in its interiors sits a handcrafted paper art window frieze, reflecting the iconic Nirav Modi collections, as per reports.
