Rajesh Exports strikes deal to buy Valcambi

Diamond and jewellery company Rajesh Exports Ltd. Has struck a $400 million worth deal to buy out Valcambi – the largest gold refining company in the world, reports say. Rajesh Exports expects the deal would support it with securing raw material supplies and enhancing its earnings per share, reports add.

Rajesh Exports was selected as part of a global hunt by Valcambi's current owners led by Newmont Mining Corp, reports add.
