Leading jeweller Rajesh Exports has firmed some acquisitions in Europe, following the Board’s approval at its meeting on July 2, reports say. The deals which are worth around $250-500 million will support the company’s expansion in its gold business both in domestic and global frontiers.

The company noted that the acquisition would strengthen its backward integration and expansion of its gold business. The Board of Directors have authorised company chairman Rajesh Mehta, to handle the completion of the acquisition, reports say.
