The Israel Diamond Exchange (IDE) is now accepting registrations for the Summer Edition of the International Diamond Week in Israel (IDWI), reports say. Speaking of the event, IDE President Shmuel Schnitzer mentioned that the efforts are towards taking the success of this diamond trading platform higher, and to make this Summer Edition of the International Diamond Week ‘the most successful of the past years,’ reports say.

The event is slated between August 31 - September 4, 2015. The registered and confirmed buyers are going to be offered three free nights in the IDWI venue hotel.

According to Schnitzer, the IDWI serves as the perfect trading platform for international diamond traders and buyers to interact and conduct business. The IDE is partnering with the Diamond Dealers Club of New York and the Antwerp Diamond Bourse (Beurs voor Diamanthandel), reports add.

He also noted that at the recently concluded 2015 Presidents Meeting he invited the attending colleagues from other bourses affiliated to the World Federation of Diamond Bourses (WFDB) to bring delegations of their own members to Israel for the event and many bourses had indicated they would for the first time, as per reports.
