Perry Impex to raise Rs.17.05 crore through an IPO

Proceeds are to be used towards working capital and corporate expenses requirements.

Perry Impex Private Limited, a Mumbai based diamond manufacturer has filed DRHP with the SME Platform of BSE to raise Rs. 17.05 crore.

Aryaman Financial Services Limited is managing the issue for Perry Impex. The company will be issuing 31 lacs equity shares to the public and it has fixed the share price at Rs. 55 a share, says a report.

Of the total IPO proceeds, Rs. 16 crore will be utilised towards meeting long term working capital requirements while the remaining Rs.50 lacs will be used for meeting general corporate expenses.

Perry Impex is an integrated player in the diamond Industry with expertise ranging from manufacturing / processing to exporting of polished diamonds and diamond jewellery. The firm imports rough diamonds which undergo the processes of sampling, grading, cutting and polishing and then sell these as polished diamonds in domestic and export markets. The firm has also begun in-house manufacturing and retailing of diamond jewellery under its newly launched Perrian brand. The company owns and operates three offices at Mumbai, namely at – Opera House (Registered Office), BKC (Corporate Office) and Bharat Diamond Bourse (Marketing Office).
