Jewellery stock prices rise 4-12%

There has been a spurt in prices of jewellery stocks, as high volumes were traded, reports say. The rise in price has been between a good 4-12 percent, reports say.

Prominent stocks like Titan Company rose 3 percent at Rs 412, C Mahendra Exports was up 14 percent to Rs 12.70, Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri was up 6 percent to Rs 165, Thangamayil Jewellery rose 5% at Rs 212 and Gitanjali Gems’ stocks were up 4 percent at Rs 48.35.

Rajesh Exports which bagged a Rs 1,265 crore export order witnessed its stock prices rise 6 percent to Rs 218. Also, PC Jeweller stock prices rose 12 percent to Rs 360.
