Leo Schachter again leads Israel with $288 Million in Polished Exports

Second and third on the list of top exporters are again M.I.D. House of Diamonds with $243 million and A.A. Rachminov Diamonds with $219 million.

Leo Schachter Diamonds is again leading with net exports of $288 million in polished exports in 2014, as per the annual list of Israel’s largest polished diamond exporters published by the Israel Diamond Controller’s Office in the Ministry of Economy.

This is the fourth consecutive year that Leo Schachter Diamonds is topping the list. Second and third on the list of top exporters are again M.I.D. House of Diamonds with $243 million and A.A. Rachminov Diamonds with $219 million. In 4th and 5th place are Niru Diamonds Israel and Andre Messika with $156 million and $125 million in net exports, respectively.

Next on the list are: Ofer Mizrahi Diamonds in 6th place with $105 million, D.N. Diamonds in 7th place with $102 million and Yoshfe Diamonds International in 8th place with $96 million. In 9th place is O.S.G. Polishing with $88 million and in 10th place Poligem with $70 million.

Total net polished exports of the 20 largest companies in 2014 stood at $1.93 billion, or about 31 per cent of Israel’s net total polished exports in 2014 of $6.3 billion.

The Diamond Controller noted that the list of 20 does not include exporters that requested that their data remain unpublished.
