Rajesh Exports secures Rs 1,780 crore export order

Rajesh Exports, a leading gem and jewellery entity, has secured an order for exports worth Rs 1,780 crore to be supplied to UAE-based Jamcelat Jewellery, reports say. The order is for designer gold and diamond studded jewellery and medallions and is required to be completed by March 31, 2015, reports add.

The order encouraged share prices of the company to rise, around 15 per cent in trade.

The company expects to execute the order at its Bengaluru manufacturing plant in India.
