The Tata Group’s jewellery brand, Tanishq has teamed up with renowned jewellery designer Farah Khan Ali, for an exclusive diamond jewellery collection line — The Farah Khan collection for Tanishq, says reports. The collection was launched by Farah and CK Venkataraman, CEO, Jewellery Division, Titan Company.

The newly launched collection is inspired by Persian aesthetic and it includes a mix of diamond earrings, cocktail rings and pendant sets, crafted in 18-carat-gold with gems like rubies, emeralds, pearls, citrine, amethysts, topaz and other precious stones. The collection is for the modern woman who is contemporary yet classic, and wishes to be well primed for any occasion that comes her way, adds a report. The pieces can be easily transformed from chic day wear to elegant evening wear and can be paired with both ethnic, as well as western outfits.

The event was attended by Bollywood celebrities like Hrithik Roshan, Bhagyashree and Zayed Khan, among others.

Besides, Tanishq has started its 'gold harvest' scheme again, which it had to discontinue a few months back due to the new Companies Act which terms such schemes as public-deposit schemes. The return now is around 12 per cent and the rate of return cannot exceed 12 per cent, which the previous scheme exceeded. Also, in the pipeline is expanding its retail footprint. The company is likely to add 15 more stores to its existing 166 stores by the end of the current fiscal.
