The posh avenues of New York are luring high-end jewellery retailers to set shops in their vicinities. New members in the neighborhood where Cartier, Fred Leighton and Judith Ripka belong would be Kwiat and Ivanka Trump. Amongst those relocating between East 60th and 70th Streets of Madison Avenue are Graff and Chopard, along with Bulgari and Cartier and Leviev, which is a new brand owned by Lev Leviev.
