Swatch likely to bring Omega’s jewellery into Indian markets

The Swatch Group plans to launch jewellery and accessories from the stable of the Omega brand in the Indian retail market. This will be an extension of Omega’s presence in India, which currently is concentrated on watches.

The launch is expected to take place end of this year or early next year, reports say. The range will include jewellery, bracelets, cuff-links and perfumes. Jewellery would feature in the price bracket of Rs. one lakh and above, while accessories would be prices starting from Rs.15,000 onwards.
