No more dry spell
The jewellery industry is fighting tooth and nail to come out of the gloom caused by Coronavirus. We don’t know if a vaccine is in the offing, but one thing is for sure, the jewellery industry is resilient enough to emerge strong.

After months of contemplation, the industry’s first biggest gathering is said to kick start on Monday in an all new virtual avatar! IIJS Virtual has the industry excited, as finally they can experience some kind of hope and engage in business.

In other news, an exceptionally rare 102.39-carat diamond made auction history as the first gem of its quality to be sold without a reserve. Though it was sold for a bargain price of $15.7 million, it still goes to show that diamonds are still one of the most favourite gems amongst collectors!
