Export Boom
World over the diamond sales and supply chain have been going through different phases following the varied stages of the pandemic. India has lost yet another summer wedding season to the pandemic. So sales are slow. But this won’t last forever.

The lockdown is easing in most parts of the country and retail business is looking up. The younger high net worth populace is smitten by diamonds like never before and many are buying with a new-found vengeance.

The G&J exports is seeing an uptick on all counts - polished diamonds, colour gemstones, gold, silver etc. Jewellers are busy preparing and taking orders for the Vegas show. Good days for the domestic market is not too far away.
