Diamond businesses are pursuing sales aggressively. The second wave of the pandemic or the third in some parts of the world did nothing to control their strides. Jewellery retailers are not just expanding their online presence, many are also expanding their offline market by opening new branches and investing in physical stores.

Luxury is the new normal for G & J business and opulence is ruling the roost. The stimulus package handed out in the USA and the curbs over vacationing have ensured that money moves into diamond jewellery business. High net worth clients are keen to invest in diamonds.

International physical shows are going ahead as usual and routine is steadily coming back to normal. Buyers are waiting to go all out to buy high value diamond jewellery – more like a ‘revenge spending.’ Therefore good days are surely on the anvil for diamond traders.
