WONG Wai Sheung re-elected as Chairman of Luk Fook

The Board of Directors of Luk Fook Holdings (International) Limited announced the re-election of the Company Chairman and Deputy Chairmen, following the Annual General Meeting and a Board meeting of the Company both held on 28 August 2017.

Mr. WONG Wai Sheung has been re-elected as Chairman. He is 66 years old and is the founder, Chairman, Chief Executive and Executive Director of the Group. He is also a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee. His holds an experience of over 50 years in the jewellery industry and is responsible for the overall strategic planning and management of the Group. He plays prominent roles across various industry organizations including Hong Kong Gemstone Manufacturers’ Association, Hong Kong Jade Association, The Kowloon Pearls, Precious Stones, Jade, Gold and Silver Ornament Merchants Association, and more.

The Group also re-elected Mr. TSE Moon Chuen as Deputy Chairman. Mr. TSE, aged 66, is the co-founder of the Group and presently is the Deputy Chairman, Executive Director and Deputy General Manager of the Group. He is also a member of the Nomination Committee.
