The prupose of the campaign is to create awareness among the masses about the efforts put in by artisans to create a jewellery piece. A video team travelled across the country capturing the unique history of ethnic jewellery belonging to different cultures – be it Meenakari, temple jewellery of Southern India. VelvetCase will be catering to various aspects of craftsmanship that prevail across the length and breadth of the country. This campaign intends to make an emotional connect with the customer.
CEO & Co-Founder, Kapil Hetamsaria says, “This Independence Day, we are coming up with an exceptional campaign ‘Artisans of India’ in order to pay homage to the artisans who have managed to carry their regional legacy through the passage of time. India is a land of rich and diverse cultures, and there are varied arts and design forms which have not been explored yet. Through this campaign, we have tried to go back to the roots and showcase those artisans who take great efforts to bring out the beauty in each piece of jewellery.”
