Tara Jewellers opens its first shop-in-shop format store

Tara Jewellers launched its first shop-in-shop showroom in Shoppers Stop, Vashi, Mumbai, which is also its 37th showroom, so far. Speaking on this new approach, Vikram Raizada, Executive Director & CEO Retail at Tara Jewels Ltd., adds, “The launch of our first true shop-in-shop showroom at Shoppers Stop Inorbit Mall Vashi is in line with our growth plans. It is an attempt to continue the shift towards the organized industry from the unorganized market, more so when the customer now looks for certified and reliable jewellery along with enhanced personalized services. This new format is yet another step forward in our quest to redefine the way jewellery is purchased in India.”

The showroom spread over around 500 sq.ft. is designed by international design consultancy firm Fitch. Its décor is in shades of purple. The complete see through glass facade showcases the different zones - the browse wall, collection wall, consultation table and open workshop; a visual treat for the shopaholics.

The showroom retails collections ranging from bridal, daily, in diamonds, gold, polki and kundan jewellery. Tara Jewellers’ brand portfolio at the store includes collections entitled - Eternia, Zara, Amara, Myra, Ivory, Portico, Star Princess, Star Diva, Tesori, International Best sellers, Jud for Tara, Bariki, Raira and others are featured in the showroom.

Tara Jewels Ltd., with 17 years of experience in international retail, features affordable luxury collections that are certified quality diamonds by International third party Gem Labs and BIS hallmarked gold. The showroom also offers free gold purity testing and Golden Return Monthly Saving Schemes. Tara Jewellers has launched an inaugural offer at its new showroom, where there is a 10 percent discount on the MRP of diamond jewellery and 50 percent off on making charges of kundan jewellery only. The offer runs until 18th August 2013.
