The sale offers jewels by the likes of Cartier, Bvlgari and Tiffany & Co, Paspaley South Sea pearls, GIA certified white, yellow and pink solitaire diamonds, and prestigious watches by Rolex and Cartier. Also, the sale offers other superb examples of natural colors found in nature, from warm yellow and pink, to cool green and blue, seen in jewellery like a double strand of graduated emerald beads appx. 176 carats highlighted with diamond set rondelles (estimate - $10,500-12,500), and a sapphire and diamond ring (estimate - $25,000-35,000), an emerald and diamond ring, the emerald weighing 5.52 carats (estimate - $70,000-90,000).
The cover lot of the sale is a diamond ring (estimate: $340,000-420,000) in which the heart-shaped diamond weighing 10.07 carats is claw set above round brilliant cut diamond set shoulders and a diamond set gallery, mounted in platinum. From the Signature Diamond Collection, is the Vertu ‘pink diamond signature’ mobile phone (estimate: $30,000-50,000) hand made, pavé set with fancy pink and white diamonds, pink sapphires and rubies with 18ct rose gold.
Also, featured in the sale are watches for ladies and gentlemen, from brands such as Rolex, Piaget, Cartier, IWC and Breitling. A selection of these (include three Rolex ‘Datejust’ wristwatches (estimate - $9,000-12,000; estimate- $4,200-5,200, estimate -$4,600-5,600) and a Piaget ‘Polo’ wristwatch, circa 1999 (estimate- $4,000-6,000).
The sale will be exhibited in both Melbourne and Sydney. The auction is slated for 12 April, and viewing will be held in Melbourne on 7 April, and in Sydney on 10 April.
