Second JCK Tuscon concludes on a high note

JCK Tucson concluded its second consecutive show on Saturday at the JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa. The show wrapped up on a high note after a largely successful week. With 140 exhibiting brands, most notably fresh designer collections, and a plethora of fashion forward exhibitors, JCK Tucson solidified its status as a necessary and unique stop during Tucson Gem Weeks.

"Our second year with JCK Tucson was about building our designer and fashion forward offerings-we have a wonderful, representation of product and the freshest talent from all over the world. The experience and environment at the JW Marriott provided a beautiful backdrop and is very conducive to relaxed yet productive business dealings and networking. We look forward to pushing on the design and fashion levers in 2016, to continue to bring a unique offering to the Tucson Gem Weeks," said Yancy Weinrich, Senior Vice President, JCK.

JCK Tucson offered numerous networking opportunities between buying appointments-the "Cocktails and Conversations" events which served as discussion moments of the unique designer collections including a themed event to pay homage to the German designers, Diane Warga-Arias' well-informed "Redesigning Retail" seminar. There were also moments to unwind over cocktails. At the beginning of the week, JCK also hosted the AGS board of directors' full day strategy meeting, and the GenNext Jewelers/American Gem Society (AGS) Young Titleholders event, an important acknowledgment of jewelry's current and future influencers. JCK Tucson brings a unique set of retailers to the desert, 60% do not attend JCK Las Vegas.
