Rosy Blue revamps management

Will also look at achieving economies of scale and product synergies
Rosy Blue revamps management

The Rosy Blue Group has recently undergone restructuring at its management level. Dilip Shah, who has been associated with Rosy Blue Israel, has decided to leave the division by end-September 2008. Dilip Shah has been instrumental in building the Israel division of the company in joint efforts with Amish Mehta. Although he will continue to be associated with the company, the Group thanked him for his contribution. Upon him leaving RB Israel, the responsibility will be headed by Vishal Mehta (a 2nd generation family member), who is running Rosy Blue South Africa. He will continue to also operate the South African division. An experienced team of professionals well established within Rosy Blue Israel and Moscow, will support the Israel operations.

The new management team will include Anish Parikh, Asaf Magazanic, Aditya Shah, Steve Putterman.

The company intends to re-position its Israel division as the distribution hub for fancy shaped polished diamonds, including Russian and South African polished goods. This is to create economies of scale and establish necessary product synergies. These changes stem from the Rosy Blue group strategy of customer-focus and the need to quickly adapt to changes within the industry.
