Rimini Fiera S.p.A. and Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. sign Letter of Intent

Rimini Fiera S.p.A. and Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. have signed a letter of intent, with an exclusive agreement, to look into the feasibility of an operation for the purpose of integrating the two companies. The aim is to form a primary National Trade Show Organizer able to compete on an international level, confirming the intention to list the company on the stock exchange according to an established timeframe.

Lorenzo Cagnoni, President of Rimini Fiera S.p.A., quoted: “These are the preconditions for a whole new operation in the trade show industry. It's an operation that brings together two strong, healthy businesses with separate but complementary roles. Two companies that are focusing on the development of an industrial project that is capturing the clear market opportunities and will give them significant business dimensions and volumes”.

Although considering the origins of Fiera di Vicenza and Rimini Fiera as a plus, we will dynamically be extending the confines of the two areas - which are very similar in many ways and always active when it comes to capitalising and internationalising the whole “Made in Italy" production supply line.
