Rajesh Exports increases presence in Karnataka

Rajesh Exports, a leading manufacturer and exporter of diamond and gold jewellery is stepping up its retail presence. The company operates its retail venture under the brand name Shubh Jewellers.

The company has opened 20 stores in the Southern Indian state of Karnataka. The launch of its stores coincides with the celebrations of the Akshaya Tritiya festival in India, an occasion when one welcomes prosperity and goodness. The 20 new stores have taken the total count of Shubh stores in the state to 76.

The company’s broader plans of expansion include opening 500 outlets across South India by 2015, reports say. At present the company operates 80 stores across India, including the 20 new stores.
