Petra resumes work at Koffiefontein diamond mine

Underground operations have resumed at Petra Diamonds’ Koffiefontein diamond mine in South Africa, after the company had recently suspended all mining activities following the death of a worker at the mines, reports say.

Investigations into the death of the worker are presently being undertaken by the company and the local Department of Mineral Resources.
