Lucara sells 14 single-stone Karowe diamonds at Tender

The third Exceptional Stone Tender of Karowe diamonds by Lucara Diamond Corp. delivered gross revenues worth US$22.9 million, reports say. The sale consisted of 14 single-stone lots totaling 1,028 carats, of which the highest value stones were of 256.6 carat selling for $4.40 million and a 137.9 carat diamond selling for $4.28 million. Seven diamonds sold over $1.0 million each.

The company has been receiving good response for its Karowe diamonds, reports say.
