The JA New York Show has a new kind of exhibitor segment featuring this year at the Summer Show - with the addition of its ‘Smart Jewels’ segment. The event is slated at the Jacob Javits Center July 26 to the 28th. For this, JA New York has welcomed five companies who are innovators in the wearable technology movement. The introduction of these companies will offer attending retailers the opportunity to be among the first jewelry stores to answer strong consumer demand for products that combine health and wellness-based technology, with attractive adornments.

“We are very excited to showcase these cutting-edge companies at our upcoming summer show,” explained Drew Lawsky, Group Show Director for JA New York Shows. “The popularity of these types of products among consumers is on the rise, and we’re excited to be among the first to facilitate relationships between our loyal retailers and these five ground-breaking additions to our exhibitor community.”

Amongst the five companies are – Beacon & Lively which will showcase a piece of jewellery designed to keep the wearer effortlessly connected. At iFit, the show attendees can see the iFit Duo, a reversible, double-sided activity watch engineered for business and play. Looksee Labs will showcase smart jewelry delivering custom notifications, while Oura is offering the world’s first wellness ring, combing style with ultimate comfort. Viawear will introduce Tyia, a bracelet that filters mobile notifications and tracks activity in a piece of jewellery.
