Imbue these jewellery trends fresh off the ramps from Parish Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2022

From over the top, statement pieces to bold cuffs & hoops, here’s what you can learn from Paris Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2022

The City of Lights never disappoints and after months of digital look books and presentations, high fashion brands pulled all stops to come out with some stunning looks. What with pandemic fatigue, and living under restrictions has led designers to unleash their creativity. We saw surrealist jewellery pieces and an eternal love for gold, maximalism was rampant and love for vintage-inspired pieces was real.

Linked In

Link chains were ubiquitous at PFW, with the likes of Chanel, Hermes and Valentino giving it their own spin

Shining in Gold

If we are sure about one thing, we know that the love for gold hasn’t gone anywhere, and will be there for a long, long time!

Loops and Hoops

Good old fashioned hoops came in different avatars this time – from broad hoops in shades of neon to ones redolent with butterflies, we loved them all

Over the Top

From blinged oversize earrings to geode statement necklaces and overstated layering of neckpieces, haute couture brands pulled all stops in going big this time

Cuff Parade

We saw a bold display of cuffs in leather, gold and what have you, by several brands including Loewe and Saint Laurent

Statement Rings

This was the moment for rings. Many brands gave undue importance to this powerful piece, but Dior really took this ornament to the next level

Roaring 80s

Vintage was all the rage, especially with Saint Laurent giving 80’s a fitting tribute

Just One

While statement pieces were seen a lot on the one end, mismatched earrings or single earring was another jewellery trend which was on the ramps, especially by the likes of Givenchy
