IGI conducted 'Know Your Diamond' - a workshop on the intricacies of diamond grading and identification for select store managers, also known as the 'Anmol Ratans' of Reliance Jewels on the 22nd of November, 2017.
The workshop was held at the Reliance Corporate Park, Ghansoli. The workshop imparted requisite selling skills in diamond jewelry and helped empower the retail team by bridging the product knowledge gap. As a part of the workshop proceedings, the participants were taken on a tour of the IGI laboratory at BKC on the 23rd November, where they got an opportunity to witness the diamond grading and identification process. Tehmasp Printer, MD, IGI, India and Ramit Kapur, General Manager, IGI, India spoke to the participants about the importance of an IGI certification and the sense of confidence it passes on to the retailers and the proud owners of an IGI certified diamond.
