RMC is one of the biggest suppliers of precious & semi-precious stones with its sales offices in Bangkok, Hong Kong & Japan and suppliers from China and India. The product line of the company is huge and includes all major precious & semi-precious stones like Topaz, Amethyst, Tourmaline, Garnet, Citrine and large variety of other precious , semi-precious and beads. The company’s strength lies in sourcing the raw material direct from mines, cutting and polishing them with a work force of over 5,400 people, which enables us to satisfy all our customer needs in the best possible manner. The complete process of sourcing, producing and marketing is done by the company itself, which helps in providing excellent service and quality to the customers.

At present, rough yield planning, sawing the rough, making preform, making final shape and size, drilling hole, faceting and polishing, final QC and inspection are done in Jaipur. High quality magnifying instruments as microscopes, 3D gemstone scanners are used for higher rough yield planning. Multi-cutter machines are also being used for some stones. Stone grinders with modern grinding tools are used. Various machines like CNC technology shaping machine, standard gem drilling machine, multi-gem drilling machine, standard faceting machines, robotic faceting machines, etc., are used in Jaipur.

Using technology for mass production has resulted in increased availability of gemstones for jewellers, increased market size in terms of volume and turnover, varied options available for consumers in gemstones like cut, cabs, beads, fancy.
