Hari Krishna Exports Pvt. Ltd. organised “Sahjivan Ni Sugandh” for 65 lucky couples on 12th November, 2017. This spectacular event took place in the presence of the dignitary Bhai Shri Rameshbhai Oza. The entire Dholakia family with the partners and promoters were present at the Samuh Lagan (Mass Wedding) venue working together in support of the couples who took part in the grand celebration. The lavish celebrations commenced with Garba Raas the night before the wedding.

The four brothers Himmat Dholakia, Tulsi Dholakia, Savji Dholakia and Ghanshyam Dholakia started the tradition of mass marriage (Samuh Lagan) a few years ago when they organised Bhagwat Saptah which also included Tulsi vivah. Till date, they have hosted 233 Samuh Lagan (49 marriages in 2014, 66 in 2015 and 53 in 2016), while this year 65 blessed couples stepped into this forever divine relationship.

The ceremony hosted 65 couples along with their 110 family members (55 on each side, Bride and Groom). The formation of 65 Mandaps in HK HUB looked momentous, while at the same time the VIP Guests seating, Stage Program and Dinner for the couples on top of the floating stage looked nothing less than a heart-stirring seascape.

Speaking on the grand occasion, Ghanshyam Dholakia, Founder said, “The purpose of such a programme is to promote humanity. We are all God’s creation. By organising a mass marriage, we try to bring people together for a noble cause and just to witness the joy of their families is a blessing on its own.”

More than 7000 guests participated in the function. The 65 couples who got married received a royal trousseau-kit to embark on their life’s journey together. The trousseau for each couple comprised of Kisna diamond jewellery and household items to start their new home.

The newlyweds received blessings and good wishes from family members and well-wishers for this beautiful journey together. Bhaishri also personally blessed the couples visiting them at their Mandap by handing over the beautiful frame which engraved the lessons of marital life.
