Ian Cockerill will be resigning from the position of chief executive officer of Gold Fields Ltd. His resignation will be effective from May 1, 2008. He will be working with a company outside the gold industry. Gold Fields’ chief financial officer Nick Holland will take over as CEO after Cockerill. The company search for a new recruitment to replace Holland.
