Entrepreneur creates website to solve Graff robbery case

The recent Graff robbery case carries a £1 million pound reward for anyone leading the case investigators to the culprits. A tech entrepreneur has launched a website to gather investigative information and share the reward with the informer. The entrepreneur who has kept his identity as secret believes that anyone with information may not be confident of coming face to face with the police and hence the website would serve the purpose of gathering information, while keeping the informer’s identity secret.

The website is named as share1millionpounds.com (http://www.share1millionpounds.com).

Two armed robbers stole jewellery worth £40 million pounds from the Graff store in London. The process of entering information is that it can be posted via the website or through social networking sites such as Facebook and any person whose information is helpful in the case will have a share of the £1 million pound reward.

Mike Black, the entrepreneur’s alias, comments: "It’s simple – people have the information. They don’t want to deal with the Police, nobody does today. They would rather stay quiet and don’t trust approaching the Police even for a financial reward. Now, they can approach us and still receive a huge payout, more money they could even earn in their lives. There must have been get away drivers etc who assisted with this robbery. I’m sure they would have been paid generously for their part – now they can earn more and stay completely anonymous”.

He continued saying “We have seen some amazing things happen over the past few years with the development of the internet and social media and now it’s time to bring crime and the power of social networking together and do something amazing. I want to make history by securing the arrest of these thieves and at the same time claiming the reward of £1 million pounds”.
