The Diamond Divas exhibition organised by Antwerp World Diamond Centre for April 11 - June 08, 2008, will be graced by pieces, each rare in their own right. The Moon of Baroda is a canary yellow 24.04 carat stone of Indian origin. It has been passed down the lineage of Maharajas of Baroda for almost 500 years. It was last displayed in 1944 and now after these many years will be featured in 2008 at the Diamond Divas exhibt. In the modern era, the individual who came to be most associated with the Moon of Baroda was Marilyn Monroe. It was lent to her as a promotion for her movie "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes", being the largest and most striking diamond she ever wore.

Collections of Hollywood celebrities like Sophie Lauren and Monica Bellucci will also be featured at the event. From the Loren collection will be a Bulgari deisgned necklace with matching earrings, which was won by the actress for her photo shoot for Vogue magazine. The necklace itself it set with more than 1600 diamonds and has never been exhinited outside US, making this event even more memorable.

Two rings and a choker worn by Monica Bellucci in the Matrix trilogy will be displayed. The jewellery has been deigsned by Australian deisgner Stefano Canturi. This is the first time that these items will go on public display, providing Diamond Divas with a world premiere. Diamond Divas will be held under the Patronage of HRH Princess Mathilde.
