Dalumi Diamonds opens a polishing plant in Botswana

Dalumi Diamonds, Israeli diamond manufacturer has opened a polishing plant in Botswana, according to reports.

Presently the plant is emplying around 100 people and teh compnay seeks to double its workforce by this year end.

The plant opened on April 26.

Being the world’s leading producer of diamonds by value, Botswana government has emphasised the need to develop a secondary cutting and polishing industry in the country to create jobs.
