Bidz.com dismisses COO

Bidz.com’s chief operating officer Claudia Y. Liu was dismissed on grounds of ‘planned shrinking of the work force’ at the company, reports say.

Reports add that Liu will be paid a severance compensation and all life insurance, disability, health and other employee benefits over the next two years.

Her dismissal follows the acquisition of the company by consulting group Glendon, agreed upon, reports say.
