AGS announces keynote and featured speakers for Conclave 2017

The American Gem Society (AGS) announced the keynote and featured lineup to be present at the Conclave 2017 in Hollywood, California. The breakfast keynote on April 6 will be addressed by Scott McKain, an internationally known authority who helps organizations create distinction in every phase of business and teaches how to deliver an “Ultimate Customer Experience®.” The closing keynote on April 8 is the innovative composer and violinist, Kai Kight.

The featured speaker list will include the “Retail Doctor,” Bob Phibbs who will present three sessions. Phibbs is the author of three books and the retail sales expert of choice for legendary brands. Also, Todd Hartley is one of the other featured speakers. He is a renowned expert in the frenetic Internet marketing industry. Ford Saeks who redefined the formula for business success will also be present as a featured speaker.
