‘Nature of Origin’ reports by SGL to now accompany every Divine Solitaire

Divine Solitaire, India’s premium solitaire diamond brand has launched an additional ‘Nature of Origin’ report, by London based SGL (Solitaire Gem Labs) with each Divine Solitaire. The effort addresses the current grave issue of non-disclosure of CVD and other synthetic diamonds and intends to add value to retailers. All Divine Solitaires will now be accompanied with an additional certificate identifying nature of origin from the London based SGL (Solitaire Gem Labs).

This association between Divine Solitaires and SGL, through the ‘Nature of Origin report’ is a proactive step to enhance and reinforce customer confidence that every Divine Solitaire diamond is naturally earth mined.

Mr. Jignesh Mehta, Managing Director, Divine Solitaire believes “Every Divine Solitaire has a special offering which covers 123 parameters for a diamond to be a Divine Solitaire and such a report from SGL will reinforce the authenticity of such a special diamond for consumers.”

Consumers often associate the term ‘synthetic’ with imitation products, but synthetic diamonds are made from the same material (pure carbon, crystallised in an isotropic 3D form). Mr. Chirag Soni, Director, SGL says “It is hard to tell the difference between natural diamonds and CVD synthetic without scientific instruments which are now proving to be a hurdle in the easy detection of these stones as such expensive technology is not viable for all.”
