Robert B. Headley, who served as COO at Jewelers of America has been appointed as both COO and vice president of JA, reports say. Headley has been serving at JA for over three years.

Prior to JA he has served at Tiffany & Co. and also at Avon Products.

During his work at JA so far, he has been part of major ventures including the merger with the Jewelry Information Center and assisting in leading JA’s legislative advocacy.
