Winners of JJS-IJ Jewellers Choice Design Awards 2012 announced at gala night

A gala evening set off the awards night for the “JJS - IJ Jewellers’ Choice Design Awards 2012” hosted by the Indian Jeweller on 22nd December 2012 at the Marriott Jaipur. The IJ Jewellers’ Choice Design Awards 2012 is a platform that invites jewellery manufacturers from across the country to submit their designs under various categories and price points for review and selection. The 25 product categories received a good number of entries - 350 in total, which in turn were voted for by over 10,000 retailers across India, marking it as a ‘Jeweller’s Choice Award’.

Winners of the competition were announced as - Tribhuvandas Bhimzi Zaveri winning in the categories of ‘Best Diamond Jewellery over Rs 5 Lakh and Emerlad Jewellery Under and above Rs 5,00,000’; BR Designs won in the ‘Best CZ Jewellery Over Rs 25,000’ category, KGK Entice Jewellery won awards in the ‘Colored Stone jewellery above 5 Lac and Best Price Point Between INR 25000 - INR 50000’ categories, while Tanishq won in the category of ‘Best Diamond Jewellery Under Rs 5,00,000’. Other winners included Arshia Jewellers- Jaipur, Kalajee- Jaipur, Kashi Jewellers- Kanpur, Emerald Jewel Industry, Goenka Diamonds- Mumbai, Indus Jewellery, Jewel Goldi and many more.

The awards night was an opportunity for manufacturers and designers of India, to showcase their talent, creativity and products. The evening also included a fashion show segment, showcasing gold and diamond jewellery. Tanishq, Tribhuvandas Bhimzi Zaveri(TBZ), Anmol Jewellers, Aum Monica Kapur, Birdhichand Ghanshyamdas, KGK Entice, etc participated at the event and presented their creations on the ramp, while industry leaders lent insight to the participants.
