TBZ to expand though franchisee model

Franchisee stores, is a format some prominent jewellery companies are seeking to adopt, in the wake of high costs, reports say. The rise in gold prices, high rental rates, lowered margins are escalating costs, promoting companies to open franchisee stores for their retail expansion.

TBZ- the Original is the new entrant in this retail expansion joining Rajesh Exports, Gitanjali Group, PN Gadgil Jewellers and others, reports add.

TBZ is inviting franchisees to open stores under the banner 'TBZ-the original stores across India. The stores will retail the most recent collections of the brand and mirror the shopping experience on has at the TBZ-The Original EBOs.

TBZ believes the environment for expansion is positive following the government eliminating the 80:20 gold import rule.
