Well-known for their watch making excellence, creative design and high quality standards offered at unequalled price points, the famous independent Swiss watch Brand, RAYMOND WEIL introduces two amazing new watches to lure the discerning watch lovers in India. With a pulse on the market and a strong belief that change is the only constant in watch making, RAYMOND WEIL, a brand with a strong connect with music strikes two distinct notes with these watches: One that tugs at the tech savvy buyer and the other that treats the wanderer, the outdoor guy.

To mark the festive season RAYMOND WEIL, adds them to the brand’s offering in India ‘The Freelancer Skeleton RW 1212’ in the Freelancer series and Tango Diver Chrono series.

RAYMOND WEIL continues to use music as its key inspiration for both product design and marketing of the Brand worldwide. It carefully selects its music icon partners based on very specific touch points.

Olivier Bernheim says, “Keeping in mind the luxury market in India, it has witnessed immense winds of change over the past few years. RAYMOND WEIL has been true to its design and coherent quality since its inception. The company has made a niche for itself in the watch market within the Indian sub-continent. Keeping this in mind we are launching our new range of Freelancer Skeleton and Tango Diver for the macho and discerning target audience.”

Utmost in the new series is the Calibre RW 1212 Skeleton that is a veritable treat to a true watch lover. With an open-worked dial, exposing the manufacturing beauty and highlighting the richness of watch making expertise, whilst infusing it with its distinctive free-spirited attitude, this bold and distinctive watch reveals most of the sophisticated movement with an intricate perlage finish. A feat to treat the industrious mind, Skeleton, brings a cordon bleu watch lover face to face with the insides of the watch and its intricate functioning.

It was as early as 2017 that RAYMOND WEIL launched its first in-house movement, born from the long term collaboration with Swiss movement manufacturer Sellita which can be found in this watch. The distinctive characteristic remains the 6 o’clock front dial positioning of its visible balance wheel. The freelancer Calibre RW1212 Skeleton is a two hand model providing an understated display of the hours and minutes.

The mechanical self-winding Calibre RW1212 beats at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour and has a 38-hour power reserve. Its RAYMOND WEIL engraved oscillating weight has been skeletonized to increase the transparency of the timepiece. India MRP – Rs. 212400.

Tango Diver Chrono The stainless steel tango 300 in green is equipped with a Swiss quartz ETA movement and is the perfect timepiece to explore the ocean’s depths, courtesy of its impressive 300m water resistance. The sleek black dial includes a date window at 3 o’clock with luminous indexes and hands. Functional and sporty, the green unidirectional rotating bezel upholds the tradition of diving watches. India MRP – Rs. 101800

Other than the ones mentioned above, the brand is launching two new collection for women as well, with Shine Lady at India MRP – Rs. 110200 and Noemia at India MRP – Rs. 123400.

In the light of the above, RAYMOND WEIL’s collections reflect both modern innovative design and the traditional values of the Brand while maintaining attractive price positioning. They clearly demonstrate the family understanding of clients’ expectations.
