Sarin Technologies Ltd announced its latest offering, of launching the Diamark™ Atom rough planning and marking system for the smallest of rough diamonds – 0.01 through 0.25 carats in size. The new launch offers higher processing speeds and more competitive pricing, replacing the original model of the DiaExpert™ Nano system, launched in late 2007, which was also designed for the processing of small rough diamonds between 0.01 and 0.30 carats. The DiaExpert™ Nano system was followed in 2010 by the DiaExpertTM Nano 6.5, which processes diamonds from 0.15 to 0.70 carats at lightning speeds. In response to market demand,

Sarin has launched an enhanced system, which will allow manufacturers to gain benefits of the rough planning and marking family of products on the smallest of rough stones with very high productivity and at a very attractive price, while maintaining the same high level of accuracy. Uzi Levami, Chief Executive Officer of Sarin, stated, "Sarin’s attentive contact with its customers has enabled us yet again to provide them with an optimal solution for their needs and allow them to optimise their production lines to better cope with the current challenging market environment." David Block, Chief Operating Officer of Sarin, added, “We expect strong demand for this extremely cost-effective package and are planning on delivering several hundred systems already this year.”
