STPL Receives “Best Kaizen Award” by Confederation of Indian Industry

Continuing its saga of receiving recognition for Kaizen Excellence in Manufacturing, Surat based STPL has received the "Best Kaizen Award for the Industry".

The prestigious awards, in its 11th edition, were presented to the winners at a Kaizen conference on “CII National Competitiveness & Cluster Summit 2018'. The awards were presented by Ram Mohan Mishra (IAS, Additional Secretary & Development Commissioner MSME).

This Kaizen Conference has been designed to spread the good work done by companies and to recognize the best of the competing kaizens. This competition is very severe and intense with more than 700 kaizens participating in each edition. A total of 3 winners are selected from each category to carry the best kaizen award.

The awards recognize effectiveness in the field of innovation and standards in Kaizen system, quality excellence, ingrained in the value system.

From STPL Kuntesh Radadiya & Trinayan Saikia accepted this award in a grand ceremony organized at New Delhi, on November 21, 2018.

STPL has been successful in developing value based, quality processes for product development. Adhering to the international standards, the company has creatively integrated values in the processes in such a way that diamond industry is able to achieve global excellence using the products of STPL.
