Richline International to buy Carniani

As a step towards expanding its presence in Italy, Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway’s unit –Richline International, which is a jewellery company, is keen on purchasing a company called – Carniani. Carniani is a manufacturer of gold and silver jewellery. The worth of the deal is not known so far.

Upon completion, the buy out will give Richline International its fifth Italian jewellery brand in its kitty.
