Reliance Jewel to open soon

According to a recent report in the Mumbai Mirror, Reliance Retail is soon to launch its foray into jewellery with 20 ‘Reliance Jewel’ outlets in Mumbai. The outlets are scheduled to open by the end of next year, with three stores expected to be inaugurated in the first quarter of the next year. Reliance Retail is aiming at a total of 400 outlets by the end of the three year.

Reliance Jewel would retail 8,000 – 10,000 jewellery designs, which would be created by in-house designers. Manufacturing although would be outsourced. The stores will cover a cumulative area of 6,000-10,000 sq ft.
