The affair was hosted by Atosa and Manasi Scott.
Marsala showcased two intriguing collections - ’Game of Stones’ and ‘Adira’. ‘The Game of Stones’ collection is inspired by the eminent TV series ‘’Game of Thrones’’, that draws from an assortment of stones, textures and colors. ‘Adira’ an Arabic derivative of Warrior princess, encourages women to bring out their inner warriors through the strong lines and geometric metal work with soft finishes and use of semi-precious stones balancing the feminine aspect of women.
Keeping up to its name, Marsala certainly offered a bold and rich color palette through its statement pieces crafted using semi-precious stones, spikes, geometrical shapes and ample metal. Nisha, co-owner of Marsala, said, “I think Atosa is a perfect platform for any brand because of it's wide reach, eclectic curation, great reputation for fashion and its fashion sensibility. It’s a perfect way to begin the month and we are very excited about it’. To which Supriya, co-owner of Marsala elatedly added, ‘Our experience has been wonderful so far and we are looking forward to building a long lasting relationship with Atosa.’
Aparna Badlani, co-founder of Atosa spoke of the collection saying, “Marsala is like our home brand. Their design sensibilities comply with our brand values hence, having them as a part of Atosa was a perfect choice.” Marsala is the brain child of three partners Nisha Aggarwal, Supriya Aggarwal and Kajal Aggarwal.
