Jodhani Brothers hosts programmes for employees

Employees are the biggest asset of any company and these days every organisation tries it best to engage its employees in various initiatives to keep up their morale and satisfaction with the work.

Recently, Jodhani Brothers conducted ‘Freedom from Addiction campaign’ and ‘Employee Awards’ and ‘Motivational program’ for its employees.

During the ‘Freedom from Addiction campaign’, employees were honoured with Rs. 10,000 bond. In all, 10 employees were honoured.

In all, employees were awarded across 22 categories like Best Performance, Best Planner, Best Innovative Works etc.

Besides, during a motivational program by honourable Shree Devraj Bhai Chaudhari, employees learnt about maintaining balance in life.

This apart, recently the company was awarded by the Gem Jewellery Export Promotion Council in cut and polished diamonds “small category”. On winning the award, Nakubhai Jodhani, Founder, Jodhani Brothers shared, “This is the second year in a row that we have won this award. It is god’s grace and the result of all the members of Jodhani Brothers. I hope that in future, too, we continue to put in the hard work and reach greater heights.”
